Trans Gears & Diffs

Peter is absolutely the man to go to! he knows his transmissions very well. He went above and beyond to find me a gearbox because mine was beyond repair and he found one, slapped it in and now it's all perfect 10/10

Got a rear diff serviced and locker installed. These guys were friendly, easy to deal with, and completely clear about timelines and cost from the start. I spoke to other places beforehand so I know these guys were right on price and were much more pleasant to deal with.I'll be going back next time I need something done.

Honest and reliable service.

Called up telling them I had changed my extension housing seal in my VS Commodores T5 transmission and that I was still having a leak from the extension housing. I asked if they could change the metal bushing behind the seal as I thought that was the source of the leak since I had changed the seal already. The gentleman on the phone asked me to bring in the Tailshaft so he could have a look at it. I brought in the tail shaft and he found the reason for the leak to be that the yoke was excessively worn causing it not to ride on the extension housing seal properly. The gentleman I dealt with didn't ask me for any payment and even gave me a part number for a better quality seal than the one I had used. Although they didn't physically carry out work on my vehicle, I think the above is a testament to their business accumen and expertise on dealing with driveline components!

I had a good diff and wanted my diff center changed to a twin spinner I talked to several diff places who all ended up quoting a full rebuild and stacking on the extras you need this you need to do that and cost a fortune then i found trans gears and diffs they gave an honest quote just did the work needed and was 1/3 the price of the others i am very very happy with the work and recommend them to all its a really honest place which is rare these days they stuck to their quote and could have charged the extra for my outer bearings but told me they were fine and i wouldn't have had any way to know if they said they fitted new ones and charged me diff is in the car and is perfect
