The staff are absolutely wonderful. We were with them for just over 18 months. They Luke was very attentive to our needs. When the 2022 flood happened, they kept us informed. We needed information for a flood claim, and they were so helpful in providing it to us.

I stored my furniture and household goods here for over 3 years. The facility was always well managed, clean and tidy. Thankyou to the Guardian Team ! I do recommend covering your goods with plastic during Cane Fire season ... the ashes do manage to sneak in even though the sheds are well sealed.

I highly recommend Guardian Self Storage,I had a shed for 9 years and on Saturday finially cleared it out.Luke and Anne from Ballina NSW were very professional and sympathetic ,especially during the floods .The storage compound was secure , safe and clean,I never had any problems.I would not hesitate renting another shed from Guardian Self Storage in the future if needed.

I was flooded at my home in Ballina on March 2022 and hired a Guardian Storage unit for 14 months while the house was being repaired.I found their system very easy to use with 24 hour access to the unit available.
