Michael and his team were very professional and kept me regularly updated with my car's progress/status. His team also assist me in diagnosing issues I had with the car and honoured me more expensive tyres than I had paid for due to a supplier issue. All my issues were addressed and the reception staff/pick-up was also a great experience. On review of the total expenses, everything was reasonably priced including parts and labour.

Friendly staff is probably the only good thing about this place. Took my car in for a log book service and it came back with a misfire. The evident misfire was ignored and I got told that it is just a coincidence that it is misfiring after a service when it ran fine beforehand. Certain items such as an air filter and faulty light globes were not changed. I don't want to shell out another few hundred dollars for them to work on my car again

Logbook service seems okay, but pricey and they don't tell you the cost upfront, so last bill was a bit of a shock. Parking can be hard unless you get there on opening. Staff are great and very helpful.

The team looked after me and my car from the word go, fitting it in for a logbook service and making sure I was back on the road as quickly as possible!! The team were super friendly, answered all my questions without hesitation, and really made me feel at home while I was there. Have definitely recommended them to everyone in the area, they’re fantastic at what they do!
