We are very happy with our phone system. choosing YOYO's VoIP system means that we can manage as many incoming phonecalls as we'd like, and aren't limited to a certain number of lines during busy periods.Their voicemail system is seamless and sends a copy to our nominated email address, allowing us to keep recordings as a medico-legal safeguard.Their handsets are very user-friendly, and going through Medical IT has meant that any phone issues are dealt with swiftly with minimal disruption. Very happy with our decision to go with YoYo!

We joined YOYO telco and moved from our old Telco company so that we can have a good Telco company to support us for a busy practice and not have to wait long hours for support..... We love that their system has unlimited lines, Our patients now don't ever hear a busy tone but are queued and managed by the phones system this was a benefit for us as we had limited lines before with our old provider.We are very happy we joined YOYO the team installed the system trained our staff and we love their local support........Thank you YOYO Highly Recommend any practice or business to join them

We just changed from a clunky Telstra system to YoYo and have sound them to be excellent. Simple to use phones and amazing support. They where excellent with the porting process and great with their training.
