Priceline Pharmacy Waurn Ponds

Went in to buy a fragrance and was approached by the friendly Ella who showed me a great range without being pushy. Was in and out in 5 mins. Lots of smiling faces at this well run pharmacy.

Perfect location next to Coles, has a variety of products. Price is very fare with the occasional discounts. Great service but the pharmacy has a stupidly long waiting time even if its not full of customers, get your groceries done while waiting for your meds.

It's always lovely getting my prescriptions filled at this store, the pharmacist is very professional and has a wonderful understanding of everyone individual needs.

Very slow and incompetent service in the pharmacy department, the 2 male chemist were rude and arrogant. They couldn't find my script after a brief search and then continued to serve other customers while i stood at the counter. I had to repeated request they keep looking, they delegated the tasks back and forth between each other. Eventually it was found after, no apology and no responsibility taken, absolutely terrible service. The front desk girls were generally helpful and friendly however.

I bought what I thought was silver nail polish for my disabled client. It was in a silver bottle with other coloured bottles of polish. When I got back to her place, she told me that it was clear, not silver as the bottle suggested it was. I went straight back to the shop, an hour after purchasing $60 of goods to swap it over and I was rejected. I was told that it wasn't sealed so they didn't know if I had used it. Most of the nail polishes in the store are not sealed and you can just open the lids in there. I wanted to exchange it for a $20 bottle I saw that I knew was silver and this one was only $16. I am very disappointed in the way it was handled. Not what I would expect from a store such as this.

Pharmacy staff is slow, incompetent and rude. I have been given a less than prescribed ( prescription) course of medicine and refused to be provided a copy of the script from my doctor when requested or if i could speak to someone about the same. My requests have been declined quite rude and abruptly by the female pharmacist 'is quite busy today and we cannot help'. I find this response very negligent from an essential service provider..which has caused a huge deal of stress and anxiety, so will recommend everyone to steer away from it.. at least for the scripts/ pharmaceutical needs. I have lodged a formal complaint with the Vic authority with the details of the incident.

Extremely rude staff at the chemist went into have some paperwork signed by the chemist and was made to feel like I was the biggest inconvenience, even though I waited patiently for 20 minutes, and paid I paid for him to sign each paperVery disappointing

I called ahead to check I can pick up my script, arrived 15 mins before store closing, doors are still open but was turned away at the door. Poor form, people need medication. Why tell me I can can pick up my script if you actually won't let me in? Waste of a drive in

Pharmacist was rude when I asked for an over the counter product and continued to loudly question me and then wouldn't allow me to have the product which Pharmacy for Less in the same complex was able to give me in under one minute. I won't be using this store again.

I would like to thank the caring staff at the Waurn Ponds Priceline who came to our assistance when my daughter became unwell and started vomiting in-store. We were taken into the consultation room where staff provided cool water, hydralyte, wipes, sick bag , jelly beans, comfort and reassurance.Thank you so much for the care you provided! 5 stars.
