My daughter who is 20 went in this afternoon to enquire about flights to Europe. They were so rude to her, saying they needed to see a credit card and would and needed to charge her $150 to do the enquiry which she was willing to pay. They proceeded to inform her that they only had 10 minutes to help her as they had something else to do. Very disappointed especially when trying to support local. Guess it’s back to friendly efficient flight centre.
