ARB 4x4 Accessories Canning Vale
I recently had a brake controller fitted at Canning Vale ARB and being a first timer to towing Reece was good enough to answer a host of questions that I had regarding its use and towing in general. I have always worked in customer service and like to treat people the way I would like to be treated... but good service and product knowledge is becoming increasingly hard to find. Well done Reece 10/10 for knowledge and patience. Your advice was greatly appreciated. A very happy customer here.

Took my car in for drawer fitment, after waiting 3 months for the drawers to be made and then fitted. All I can say is WOW!!!! drawers are amazing, the Staff Service was brilliant, so informative and helpful. Cannot fault anything, I have 2 other closer ARB stores to my home, but will return to Canning vale for further works as its worth the drive for good service.

Obviously ARB is already a premium brand. But these guys are above and beyond with their product knowledge and their willingness to not only listen to customers but give plenty of solid advice. The installation costs are very cheap which makes getting some quality gear that bit more affordable. Very happy with the service this store offers.

Would not use ARB canningvale again. Damage to bumper clips when fitting bull bar. Was told the clips would be replaced. But never where, probably because they are apart of the actual bumper. They did not want to know about it after 3rd visit. Colour match of bull bar was wrong, had that re-done by ARB. Sensor problems, adaptive cruise control problems. Finally corrected by putting in 2 inch lift. 6 visits all up. Went to use winch. Not wired to battery.. 2 stars for trying

Have now had two experiences with this ARB branch. Very lovely staff who helped me with issues to my roof rack and roof tent despite neither products being fitted or provided by them.Great team and helpfulness.
