Good produts (Nice electric gate motor and sensors keypad and warning light and extended long distance antenna) but service was a problem. I was sold a gate motor which I was told that I could install myself after my electrician wired it together. But I was sold the wrong accessories hence the gate accessories didn't work (key pad and pv sensors). They tried to tell me it could work after trying to follow their instructions still no joy. When I complained the said I will have to buy..... to fix the problem after pointing out that it was their error they agreed to exchange the parts. Eventually it is all working. I am thankful for that it is a simple system which works well if sold the correct items.

Top Quality Customer Service from Jason.Despite my lack of knowledge and small order, Jason fulfilled it promptly, courteously and professionally. He was very patient and answered all my questions as I have never used air motors before.I CERTAINLY WILL USE TONSON AGAIN FOR Air Motors and possible drives I will need in the future.Would give 10 Stars to Jason if I could!

The owner Fred is disrespectful to customers and even his own staff. Additionally I found it odd that the service staff seem to lack technical expertise regarding pneumatic motors. I was shocked but not entirely surprised to learn that Tonson and SAMT rely heavily upon unpaid, untrained student interns. I cannot support such an unsustainable and morally questionable business model and will not be returning.
