Myaree Pharmacy

If customers have an e-script, they should not go to this pharmacy. They cannot process e-scripts correctly. I have been a customer for at least 15 years but they said they don't have my details in their system. I had to write down my details so they could fill the e-script manually. Was told it could not be added to my safetynet. One staff member behind the counter wanted to give me just one box of medication, not two as I requested. And bizarrely they just added Dr Linda Muntz, who is a GP in Fremantle, to the prescription box label. My GP's rooms are situated in the same shopping centre as Myaree Pharmacy. I have never seen Dr Muntz and I don't live in the Fremantle area. When I queried that they said the e-script did not include the doctor's name. Well ..... why didn't they ask me before they added any doctor's name to the label? I have never waited so long for a script to be filled. Conclusion - despite there being about 6-7 staff in the pharmacy, they don't know what they are doing.

They just don't listen to what you're saying or asking.

I was astounded yesterday when my prescription cost $32 which I can get at Garden city for $25 and chemist warehouse for $15.I like to support local businesses but that’s just wrong.

Go 2 people r the excellent and kind Sharon and Simon. Nice people great advice and even if they are time poor they are willing 2 help.

Scripts are very over priced. Pain medication $18 cheaper at a Fremantle Pharmacy or 63% more expensive at this pharmacy. Worth the drive!

Treated with such disdain today, I have told my parents to never go there again and it has been their go to Chemist for the last 10 plus years. Please tell your staff it doesn't hurt to smile and to take a class in politeness.

Extremely friendly and all cashiers and pharmacistare really helpful. Will take their time to listen. Great that they are now open on Sundays too.

Brilliant service and genuinely helpful staff, over many years. No problems with scripts. Have been fantastic with advice for babies/children too. Put in extra effort to help you, with kindness as well as professionalism, that is so appreciated.

I have had great service for the past 16 years. However, I no longer feel safe going there as the staff have stopped masking up.Very sad. If they resumed masking, I would happily return.I have changed to 777 who are very professional (all staff are properly masked).
