Hampton Court Apartments

Bed bugs in bed as can be witnessed in photos. Mattress was very old and had no support. No daily room service this was not advised before or after booking. When I asked for room to be serviced (6 day stay) sheets were not changed, even though there were marks! They have no proper guest laundry onsite, as studios get no washer/dryer. They have a domestic washer out the back but want to charge $5 for 1 load.

This is a trashy place for people to party. Management do nothing about enforcing noise policies all the way to the AM, had to call the police instead.

This was our first time travelling as a family (2 young children, 5yr and 7yr). Upon arrival we were told the higher level room we'd requested wasn't available, and were placed in the room beside reception on the bottom floor. This wasn't an issue for most part, as it was quick and easy to duck out to the car to get the rest of our items. It could get quite noisy as the office door opening and closing could be heard from our room, but after a few hours we learned to ignore it.The apartment was clean. Not spotless clean like one would expect at a high end hotel with professional cleaners, but it was comfortably clean with no visible mess or dirt. The bed was comfortable, and I loved the remote control fan and light.Some extra toilet paper would've come in handy, as two rolls only just lasted 4 of us two days, but next time I'll just pack some extra. I loved being able to do all of our washing before we checked out, although was unsure on the etiquette of washing the towels and bedsheets. Ended up putting the towels in the washing machine and left a note. I quite enjoy having to clean up after myself, I normally do when staying in a hotel anyway so this wasn't something that bothered me.The parking was a bit of a hassle due to our slightly bigger car but we walked most of the time anyway so never lost our spot. The owners were absolutely lovely, every time we left and arrived we were greeted. We only met the man, and he was very apologetic about our room mix-up and was such a great help.To sum it up - I was very impressed with this hotel. For the price we paid, I'd expected something dirty and cheap. The decor was modern and comfortable, the service was friendly and welcoming. We are staying here again for New Years and I thoroughly look forward to it!

The owners are truly good people. We had some rough travel and from a taxi and on my phone I bleary eyed booked for a few weeks in advance instead of for that day. We turned up and they were booked out.... but seeing that state me and my young son were in they bent over backwards to accommodate us. Really nice clean rooms and hard to imagine they can be beaten at that price. Thanks so much

We stayed for 10 days and rooms were big and clean. Loved it!! Only downfall was they said serviced apartment, never once our room were cleaned. However would still return even though.Mr and Mrs Anthony Dimapilis

Recently stayed at these apartments on a trip visiting family in Brisbane, and can recommend highly. The staff were friendly and very helpful, apartment was clean bright and extremely comfortable. Next time I am back in Brisbane, there is no doubt I will stay here again!

We had a very pleasant stay in a nice unit. It was clean, comfortable, and well supplied. Henry was lovely, helpful and a great host. Will definitely return.

We had a very pleasant 2 day stay at HC apartments. Newly renovated, very comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen.Henry, the staff member on call, could not have been more helpful. I have never met any manager anywhere more helpful.

We're a family of 5, with 2 kids that are still in cots, and we booked this place last minute (within hours). They organised the cots, were flexible to our needs, and the apartment was so much nicer than what we were expecting. Great value for the 2br apartment. The second room has heaps of space so we were able to put two cots in there, and there was still room for two single beds. We had the main bedroom.Bathroom is very modern with a washer/dryer. Kitchen updated and has all the usual appliances. Right behind the apartment block is a Red Rooster and convenience store. Train is about 500m walk away.Thanks again!
