We purchased our system a couple of years ago. The system is brilliant, we no longer have to use our generator as much as before. Shane from SSA and the guys from Victron have been very helpful. Our only frustration came from our lack of knowledge in an off grid situation. It has been a steep learning curve but we are getting there slowly. It is a big expense but we would recommend the system to anyone wanting to get off the grid.

Shane built a racking system for our solar hot water system. Unlike the old one that he replaced, he used good quality marine grade stainless steel which is perfect for our seaside location. Unlike mass produced racking systems Shane’s frame is solid and will stand up to the heavy winds that we get from time to time. A mass produced product would have cost us nearly the same but would have been of a far inferior quality. Shane also assisted in the installation to ensure that the job was being completed properly.Shane was very professional and very easy to do business with. He kept us informed of progress and gave us plenty of notice about the planned installation date.We would highly recommend Shane to any prospective customer.Claudia & Steve Keeping

At checkout I had asked tongue-in-cheek if we could receive the stove within 1 week so that we could bring it on our next trip. Great customer service!
