Oh my goodness, this place was ah-maz-ing!So many things for kids to do and we especially loved that they had an under 2 area. Was also super impressed with the food the chips would have to be the best chips I've ever eaten!Highly recommend this for EVERYONE with children.

Way too many people everywhere so loud and so difficult for my 4 year old she couldn't even get to the top of the silver slide I wanted to help her but too many kids everywhere! I was so anxious as I couldn't keep and eye on my children or hear if they needed help. I could hear my daughter screaming in terror on some scary climbing down area! Was a nightmare and didn't feel safe. My 6 year old enjoyed it but seriously should be a younger kid and older kid area.

I wasn’t told parents could not enter the climbing area before I purchased tickets. There was children lining up for the towers for ages not being able to un clip them selves.A few parents asked if they could help but weren’t allowed too. One of the workers had explained if they had another worker on it would cost them $180 to staff it. She also was very rude about it all saying if the child can listen they should be able to un clip them selves 4 year old kids can also struggle most kids needed help getting the clips on and off. The way she explained it and spoke to me about we very rude.We won’t be coming back which is a shame my son loved doing the climbing.

Great place to visit with kids. Our kids 4yo and 6 yo enjoys climbing up the height. They even have long slide, but parent needs to supervise own kids closely prior to any incident happened. At the beginning of the play, I saw there was a staff supervision the long slide but then left without anyone else but own parent.I will definitely coming back for more fun for kids.

Visited for the first time today with a 6,3 and 1 year old and was so impressed by the playground and all the facilities. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The playground was good for all ages......even the adults pretending we were shadowing the children! The toddler areas for 3 years and under was great for a bit of respite you the younger ones. The climbing walls looked amazing....next time! We had some food and drinks which came out quickly and the coffee was good.We went early ( 9am) which gave a bit of a quieter time until the crowds built up around 10.30am. Still lots of room for everyone though it just got a lot noisier.Highly recommend this business and hope it does well.

My daughter absolutely loves this place and has become a staple of daddy daughter day. Place is fairly well maintained & looked after though I feel they could be a bit less generous with the numbers permitted as it is often over crowded, particularly when several birthdays are going on at once.Whilst it's not the staffs job to monitor children they perhaps need to inform other parents that they need to supervise their kids, as children can get quite rough - and when there's a bunch of 10+ yo's running around younger kids, troubles always a shove or push away.A worthy thing for management to introduce would be set ages on particular days at particular times, allowing the younger and smaller kids to get a fair go without having to try to compete with larger kids.

A great place for kids to exert some energy and have lots of fun. It caters for the little one and the older kids too. Ample booths and seats nearby view of play areas. Stool seats also a great idea too. There is also parents room and change facilities seperate to the toilets.Seperate Party areas and the party packages are well priced and the menu on offer is fantastic.Menu Option also allows to scan and order from the table instead of queueing at counter. Menu caters for adults too with cheese boards and wine / alcoholic beverages too.Just need more cleaning during busier sessions.

Extensive indoor playground for kids. Plus a climbing wall (minimum height 90cm). Will keep kids entertained for hours. Cafe has good coffee and food. Plus the potato chips were some of the best I have ever tasted.

This is a good place for children to play and release energy indoors. There are 6 independent rooms that can be reserved for hosting parties. The food is also good. Adequate parking space. Worth recommending.
