Amy was a champion! It was an involved situation for me, and others weren't making it very easy, and she shone. I'll be doing my licensing through exhibition st. Absolutely

I called them to inform them about a road hazard and the person responding seemed dismissive and impatient. Also, I was not asked whether I needed a response after they have fixed the issue as is the standard protocol for complaints reporting according to the VicRoads website.

Vic roads engaged metro civil to do some works along Spencer street. Call one of the customer service and all they could do is told us to just live with the noise distruption. Very rude of his response too. Could not care less. I am most likely will be fired from my job due to lack of sleep. The works run from 9am till 5am. This is very unprofessional.

I went there was not appointment and was very stressed. The lovely lady Natalie was super helpful and really took the time to go through everything with me to make sure I understood . Thank you very much. It’s great to see people that are enjoying doing their job and doing it well :)

Generally, it is a very good service and employees are very friendly. They try to help you best to their ability. I would like to point out that (if someone reads this). 1. To the people visiting ,please come on time as they hold on to the appointment only for 10 min. 2. To the reception staff, before giving people the cancel/reschedule ticket ( when someone is late), tell them the chances of them getting served are not good. You can book the next appointment online.So, as a visitor, if they give you a cancel/reschedule ticket, there is a chance you are just waiting for your appointment to be rescheduled.

Best vic roads experience I've had.Maybe 10-15min wait to get served. All the staff were super nice and chill, especially marie.

They clearly hand licenses out to anyone. Get cut off by a white BMW at Calder Park. 15 minutes later I’m watching a woman behind me apply make up whilst struggling to keep her car in the lane then almost drives into me whilst I’m turning into a turning lane.Disgraceful the amount of garbage drivers on the road.

Amazing service, great understanding, couldn’t have wished for more.I went there to verify my overseas drivers license and received a very punctual service. Almost done and now need to wait the postal delivery.I think it makes a large difference if you arrive there earlier than 9:00am. I didn’t even have to wait more than a minute.Also, quite friendly staff.

Consistently the worst organisation I have ever dealt with. 30 years of little ‘zero f’s’ given. To be fair I dealt with one individual in the Melb city office years ago that actually cared about their role but everything else is painful. Aggressive staff in each site which seems to span across the entire state, long wait times over the phone where the staff seem just as agitated to answer my call as I have been waiting for them to answer it, and then we have the wonderful digital option where the response comes in 3 days after original enquiry onto to remind you dumb you are and that the website has all the answers we need. Strong chance MOST people have spent hours on the website trying to figure out an answer to their question. If this was a normal business, they would have been shut down years ago. Pay your licence renewal, pay your rego renewal and pray you don’t need to do anything else with them.
