I live over 100km away from the store and I provided them with footage of an issue I was having with my spa in the hope they could identify the issue and help me. After two weeks I received no contact, I contacted the store several time chasing up feedback or to confirm the footage had been viewed. I eventually gave up contacting them and waiting for there responce. Instead I went to another store who have been much more helpful.

A couple of days before Christmas, I realised I needed a new spa filter. The staff were so helpful in giving options for how I might be able to source one before Christmas, even though Couriers had stopped and it was an unusual model. Thanks to their advice, I was able to get one from somewhere else that day and I was wrapped with the way they were genuinely interested in helping me out, even if it meant they didn't get the order. They are definitely getting my future business. Thank you!

Ralph was exceptional with his knowledge on what products to help get my pool back to a being crystal blue. Took his time with a rookie like myself to explain the correct methods of maintaining my pool. Thanks to Ralph I no longer fear holding summer pool parties in the future :)
