Mercedes-Benz Gosford (Service) - Mercedes Benz

Mercedes Benz Gosford fitted a front right store to my vehicle designed for a GLS400D - my car is a GL 450. The part failed at my own cost I had the original OEM part fitted and the car is functioning perfectly. Mercedes Benz Gosford has refused to refund me for the faulty part fitted to my vehicle. Unsafe for my my and unsafe for the public. Do not take your car to any Mercedes Service centre - any dealing I've had with Mercedes Benz service departments have resulted in a misdiagnosis - requirements for untold amounts of money to be spent to resolve the problem. Mercedes Benz Sydney wanted and new rear transfer case to be fitted $18,000 when I diagnosed the problem was from the wheel sensors. They claim they have the best technicians etc - total rubbish. I can only describe in my opinion that Mercedes Benz service centres in Australia are unfit to work and fix problems on their own branded vehicles. We all know the cost in purchasing an MB - in my view the company is great at selling vehicles however falls way short on supporting customers at time of repairs. Failure to diagnose and cost estimates that are ridiculous. In addition their methods the resolve diagnose and fix problems on your Mercedes are faulty. DO NOT TAKE you MB to an MB service centre.

Zena was great and really appreciate her sorting out my car's issue without a booking! I had an engine light come up on the way to QLD and she squeezed me in and got me back up on the road in no time

Friendly reception, awkward parking, confusion over what model the car was when ordering a trivial part.
