Open Air Events
We hired two marquees, outdoor furniture, and decor items such as fairy lighting and whisky barrels for the outdoor aspect of our event at the Royal Exhibition Building.David and Jeremy were wonderful to work with; both of them were very responsive, flexible, helpful and provided a high level of customer service.I would highly recommend them to other event organisers and will definitely be using them again for future events. Thank you once again for helping us create a fantastic festival atmosphere for our event!

Open Air Events really care about helping you they have a great range and are very fairly priced. I tried to contact them for a while and due to COVID they were having staff shortages, but despite this and even though they were fully booked they were still happy to spend some of their precious time helping me find the tables I needed, which made a big difference! I would recommend them to others

Hired a marquee for my daughters first birthday. They were exceptionally helpful, recommending a few different options to best suit what we wanted to achieve. they had more than just the marquee, we were able to get tables chairs etc from them as well. The marquee was clean and modern and we had several people ask about it and want to know where we hired it from.I will be going back again, any time we need a marquee or party set up. Easy to deal with and an amazing product to match.

Jeremy & the Open Air team created the most magical masterpiece of a marquee for our wedding on the Mornington Peninsula. The curved roof open air structure, connecting to our pool was decked out in the most exquisite fairy lights. Jeremy provided all of the furniture for 200 people, including ceremony furniture, two bars and the most incredible hanging installation. His team worked tirelessly during the bump in and bump out and were a delight to work with. Jeremy is outgoing, warm & incredibly hard-working. We cannot recommend him & his team more highly!

Excellent experience with open air events for our wedding in St Kilda. We hired chairs, tables and created a custom bar design. Jeremy was very easy to work with and we were able to create exactly what we were after. Also more affordable than the other hire companies we had looked at. Would definitely recommend. No complaints at all.

We would highly recommend Open Air Events. We used this company for our son's 21st, needing to set up an outdoor area for heating and shelter in the form of a marquee, festoon lighting, and organising our front garden and driveway for food trucks. Dave was incredibly capable, innovative and easy going throughout the entire experience, offering the right amount of advice balanced with listening to what we wished to do.Punctual, reliable, and courteous staff as well.The night was a total success, and we are very grateful to Open Air Events for helping the night run so smoothly and creating such a great atmosphere.

Jeremy, Dave and the team were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Jeremy assisted us in deciding which marquee would fit the space, which furniture and flooring and on the night it looked spectacular. We chose a clear roof marquee with festoon lights, grass flooring, black tables and bar stools and curtain fairy lights for the tennis court fence. For a Gatsby themed party it hit the mark and really looked amazing!. Would highly recommend this company to anyone planning an event.
