Absolutely amazing service! I took my daughter into the store yesterday to have her ears pierced, Bree Ann and Jarred were lovely and very helpful. Unfortunately one of the earrings fell out that night and they happily re-pierced her ear the next day with a new earring free of charge. The next day the other earring fell out and they happily re-pierced it again free of charge. Bianca and Kaylah were also extremely helpful in the whole process, thank you!

The employees don't care about you nor how long you've been waiting, low quality items compared to other stores from the same brand without mentioning the differences.I would only go here if I was going to the woolworths given the typical wait of 15mins+ to get my order filled if they don't take 10-20mins to even speak to me in the first place.They're a very much corporate store that wants to see volume instead of taking care with their customers who probably have medical issues.

Closes early. If your making a last minute dash for supplies over night dont trust that they will be open. I was there 15mins before closing. - EDIT POST REPLY FROM OWNER - Actually no you weren't. I knocked on the locked door at 1745 and then wrote a review all before your supposed closing time. Whoever gave you that Info is wrong. I would have deleted my review if you hadve acknowledged the mistake and fixed it.

Superb - supervised antigen RAT tests available here for travel to NZ.This is so much more convenient and cheaper than having to do a PCR test.Staffs are so helpful and friendly.

Super convenient opening hours. Open late until 9pm during the week, and until 6pm on Sundays.I have found this chempro to be cheaper than MOST other pharmacies I've used on the gold coast, especially on prescription pregnancy medication for my wife. Team are super helpful, and friendly. It can get a little crowded in the afternoons but if you're a late-night shopper after work like me, it's usually pretty empty and quick for service.They seem to have a larger prescription dispensary than Oxenford Chempro which is my other closest pharmacist (also Oxenford are MUCH more expensive on prescriptions than Coomera City).
