The last thing anyone wants is the inconvenience of having their car in for repairs after an accident, especially if you weren’t at fault. I have to say, it wasn’t like that this time round. What a great team, from Lucy in the office, to the team out the back who returned my car looking better than it ever did. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys, it’s good to know you are there.

The assessor here doesn't know and fix mechanical problems, the worst is he tells your insurance company the car damages are not related to the accident. My car window got broken by a thief, other electrical components are not working after that, I swear it is truth. The assessor is very unprofessional, he cannot find the reason why it's not working, so he tells the insurance company the component is too old (I used it everyday before theft damaged). And asks me to get a report from other repair shop to prove the damages are related to theft, on my cost, then they can fix. It wastes my time and money, I paid excess fee and car is not fixed.

I have used this business twice this year and have been more than happy with the work they have done. I am disabled and Lucy really looked after me. Would definitely use them again if needed. Many thanks for a job well done.

Very similar to Arlo's review. The fixed all the cosmetic damage but didn't connect the electronics properly with the window. They also told the insurance that it was like that before the accident (not true).The damage they left is two cables opposite sides of the rear window that are physically disconnected. The only likely cause would be someone removing the window incorrectly and not knowing how to reconnect them. They just removed the window and told me they didn't know how to reconnect it. Not a coincidence.This is not to mention that it took them about 2 months to get around to fixing it.

Yesterday I picked my CX9 Azami 2021 that I gave for dent repairing through insurance. My insurance wanted to sent me somewhere else and luckily, I said NO and asked my insurance for this place that i used few years ago.They are very professional and they fix things with guarantee. They even fixed things that even I did not notice and ordered genuine parts from Japan. Very happy with the service and I strongly recommend this place and hope they keep working like this.

This repairer was recommended by my insurance company after I had a low-impact collision with someone who was reversing in a car park.While the service was great, the quality of the repair was not satisfactory. There were light scratches all over the clear coat that unfortunately they could not see. All they did was apply a wax when I returned, which would only temporarily cover them up at best. Every time I inspected the repairs, I noticed more issues. There was dirt trapped under the paint, excess paint buildup around the reverse sensors, and the bumper did not align properly. While these might not bother the average person, I am particularly meticulous when it comes to my car.I returned to the repairer three times, but unfortunately, the third visit was going to be my last. There was even a small area of missing paint under the tail light that had come off after the third visit.I have since contacted my insurance company and decided to choose my own repairer. The new repairer on top of being able to see the clear coat scratches that Northside P&P could not see has also identified additional issues with the previous job that I hadn't noticed.If you are extremely particular about your car, I would not recommend them.

I rarely leave a review for anyone but the whole team at Northside Panel and Paint were so friendly and helpful, and the repairers went above and beyond what I had expected from them. I was already very happy with the job they did on my rear bumper, but when I got home I noticed that it looked like they had re-attached a loose piece of my front bumper which had been bugging me! I was also surprised to see that they cleaned the car inside and out!Cheers guys :)

My insurance company booked my car with them, after I got rear-ended. They gave me a date the car would be repaired and it was ready by the date and returned to me looking better than ever before! My two sons noticed and thought I had a brand new car! LOL! I am happy with their service and would readily recommend them. Thank you, NP&P!

Ignore the naysayers and whingers on here; I was *very* impressed with these guys. They went out of their way to make sure that I was looked after promptly, although they were overwhelmed with work due to 'roo accidents. Despite their workload, and extensive damage requiring numerous replacement parts and panels, the work was completed within three weeks and the car now looks immaculate. If anything, it runs better too! Reception staff are very pleasant and helpful, and the mechanics are very knowledgeable and thorough in their work. HIGHLY recommended!
