Be careful with these guys!I've been going to this clinic for 2 years now and I won't step in again.I made sure i booked for a peel only and they did LED without communicating that I have to pay 40$more and they only said they're sorry for the mistake, cause they had booked me for LED & peelThey've done the same with my friends a couple of timesIt's so sad I need to find another clinic but this is a fraud

While I don't like to post bad reviews, I felt I should do it this time.Apart from the very nice people that applied the treatment (tks for that), they must have some issue in their management system. I did a few treatments/packages there. When I had two laser sessions left on my package, they said l just had one. I decided not to argue and just accepted to go for one more session. To my surprise, when I finished that session, they said l should pay for it and openly accused me of not paying. I stayed there 10 minutes until they sorted out whatever was not working on their system, which according to them was about sorting out my problem.My problem? Really? Why they don't figure out what is wrong in their system instead of accusing their customer? That behaviour is not acceptable.

The clinic has gone downhill that´s for sure.The good old days are gone.They ask you to confirm an appointment by three separate methods (sms, email and call) only to cancel last minute (zero apologetical btw) and on top of that they won´t give you a refund.Just go somewhere else with better service and more reliability.

I did my first-ever laser treatment at the Results Laser Clinic. I was anxious hearing that treatments can be uncomfortable, especially during your first session. I was so impressed by the professionalism of the staff at the clinic. They were so bubbly and warm, I was so pleased with my laser experience and definitely will be returning back here for future laser treatments. They were also so thorough in explaining details about the procedure, and I felt really taken care of as my consultant took the time to answer all my questions and go through after-care instructions. Would highly recommend to my friends and family!

I was hesitant initially but the consultation from Ashleigh was in depth with so much of information I dint think twice before booking the session.Also, would really appreciate Ashleigh in recommending me the best treatment & post treatment care.Excellent customer experience from your team member keep up the good work.Will surely recommend it to others.

I bought 6 sessions of laser full body hair removal. I had 4 sessions done, but then covid start, with lockdown and everything I was not able to go there. Then when everything seems fine, I went back there to book my last 2 sessions. They told me it's expired, $600 for nothing

I just showed up at 2.30pm on a Tuesday and they were closed. I called them and got a recorded message saying they are open till 3.30?? And their hours listed on Google AND on their website say open till 6.30??? I just needed to buy a product that I’ve run out of and now I won’t get another chance to visit the store for at least 3 weeks. Completely unacceptable to have customers showing up during their business hours expecting them to be open when they are closed. I will be shopping elsewhere and buying another brand instead.

It has been a negative and a very frustrating experience with the Laser Therapist- Yuni at the North Sydney.Her behaviour is not polite and she attacks people with personal comments.I'm completely upset and disappointed with the disrespectful personal treatment I got. This gave me profound feelings of anger and distress.This is the worst experience I have ever had and I'm not returning there to get treated from this Laser Therapist again.It is because of people like 'Yuni', the reputation of Results laser clinics is at stake.Service: Laser hair removal

Worst experience! I have been a results laser client for years but my experience has completely been tarnished by Yuni and Tina. Tina had previously been very rude and dismissive but I decided to give the clinic a second chance because I’d been going for so many years. On this visit, Yuni was 30 minutes late coming into work and I had to sit there waiting. No apology, no comment, no explanation. She acted as if I was late and an inconvenience to her.I can’t believe how downhill this clinic has gone. How sad.

I am taking laser hair removal treatment there. I was always scared of laser. I had read and heard mixed reviews. So, was confused. Sam at north sydney had provided me consultancy. Because of her, I got little bit confidence to go ahead and I booked session. I always book session with her only. Once someone else had treated me, I really did not like that. Sam is so gentle and caring. I started getting the results just after first session.
