Found this place on Google as everywhere else was booked out. Was a nice little store and amazing service. Pome puppy came back fluffy and happy. Will definitely make this my regular store

My Beau is a small, unwell dog who hates being bathed, loud noises, clippers and strange people. The respect, care and attention he was shown was amazing. His cut and style with all the obstacles was also brilliant. 100% would recommend a visit with your furry loved ones

This place was great for my cat. I took him there several times it was a great price the staff were super friendly and had told me that they muzzle him and harness and didn’t ever have an issue. I dropped him off today they are under new management the price was $150 which was a lot more than I have paid and they told me I cannot come back because my cat tried to bite. I let them know that he hasn’t had issues before which is when I found out there were new owners. It’s disappointing as they never had issues with my cat with the previous owner and was a great place for cats as they don’t sedate them. If anyone knows where the previous owner works now I would love to know !!

Lovely experience for myself and my dog. They are catering, understanding and provide high quality service for dogs of a nervous disposition. Compared to other services there booking system is simple and they are quite affordable. Thank you for all the trims, will be coming back for days to come.

My pup was booked in for a groom but unfortunately I took ill the day before and ended up in hospital. My daughter rang at 3pm to change the appointment by a day so she could take her but they were closed or didn’t answer, so she sent an email explaining what had happened and cancelled online and rebooked for the following day. She didn’t get a reply to her email so rang first thing the following morning to explain the situation, they then said she had to pay a 50% cancelation fee approx ($45) plus the groom fee $90 the following day!! Ridiculous we just changed the appointment to 24 hours later! Consequently we just canceled the booking and went elsewhere. When she said we’ll have to cancel then the lady hung up on her, mmm great customer service. They’ve lost our business, some people don’t deserve business.

Thank you for looking after my cat Paunchy today. We got her from a family that needed to rehome her and we haven’t been able to hold her for long enough to give her a brush and she very badly needed it! I was worried she was going to be too tough a client but you guys managed to get the job done. She looks (and I bet feels) soo much better! Thank you :)
