Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Good facility but extra street signs would be good as it feels like it's in the middle of nowhere. Great street art wall painting sign out the front though! :)

All the staff at the Hume were courteous and helpful pitty the same can't be said for the Access Canberra call centre as the advice for the process required was missing some essential steps which made the transaction impossible to complete in one visit.

Worst experience I've ever had in a government process. Over the three times I was made to drive out there I saw staff were yelling at each other, highly inconsistent processes and checks, and terrible communication for what process they wanted me to go through. It took me over a 3 months to get my plates changed over. Embarrassing for a government organisation and staff.

Absolute joke. Over a week before I can get a vin inspection done? Get some more staff already. This has been an issue for years. Not only that but they act all secret and close the doors, oooh oooh look at me I can read some numbers of compliance plates. I have the power. Staff here are an absolute joke. I hate every second of this place.

Ran on time. Sat in waiting room tv n kids. Nice friendly staff. The lady gave my kids chocolates. Good security bloke helped holding the door!! Friendly staff
