I originally pre-ordered a vinyl back in September with the understanding it would be released (and subsequently shipped out) on the 9th of October. The release date came and went with 0 notifications that it had either A) Been shipped or B) the shipment hadn't arrived at their warehouse, and so it would be delayed. I attempted to contact them, first with an Email (which was never responded to) and second with a phone call, only to find out the number on the website doesn't work. Thankfully it only took 2 weeks after release to be informed that the item was shipped, and it arrived a week later (thankfully it was the correct item). I believe the issue was that the shipment hadn't arrived on their end, because up until I got the shipping confirmation it was still listed as pre-order" on the site. The experience was frustrating

If I could give 0 stars I would, I placed an order for a plushie, two key rings and an Album, I received one key ring, the plushie and the album but I was missing a key ring. i have tried reaching out via calls and email, with no answer or response for over a month.

I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased my son's birthday presents from Warner Music Australia thinking they would be a reputable and reliable company to deal with. Terrible online service with no communication on delivery times (or should I say 'non delivery' times). I am very disappointed in this experience and that I am the one to have to chase up my order. I wonder if anyone in the company looks or cares about these reviews?

If you want your order to actually ship, if you want your order to actually arrive, if you want your emails to actually be responded to and not be ghosted...Don't use Warner Music Australia. They'll take your money and then leave you in the dark, ignoring all of your emails and never letting you know what's happening.Honestly feels like I've been scammed.edit: After placing this review my issues were resolves and my order was immediately shipped and arrived within 3 days in good condition.I've added two stars to reflect this, but it still sucks I had to complain to get a response.

I'm deeply disappointed with the customer service.I purchased 2x Large t-shirt for a concert that is coming up. For myself and a friend.I got sent only one shirt....I followed up and was told sorry for the inconvenience we will send you the other one right away. Nothing happened, I followed up again.To then be told sorry they have now run out of my size and only have a M which is too small or a XL which is too big.I don't believe this should be made my problem. This is yours. If the order was picked correctly and someone responded in the first place this wouldn't have happened. I'm really upset about this solution and no one has bothered to even try and compensate me. I should have looked at the reviews first.

Have been waiting 4 months for my sister's birthday present. No communication on when and if it will arrive. Placed an order for a t-shirt which was in stock as referred to by the qty in the description. 4 months and countless unresponded to emails and phone calls later, I receive completely the wrong shirt. When I called to organise the correct shirt, I was advised I would need to return the shirt and pay postage and handling for their mistake. The customer service officer was very rude and unsympathetic to my situation. Feel like I have been scammed. I am writing this review to warn others about being scammed because it seems I will never gain a resolution.

Giving one star because I can't give none, Warner deserve no stars!Ordered a vinyl three months ago and it still hasn't arrived. They won't reply to my emails and haven't sent even one email regarding the status of the order. Reading the comments below I can see its a theme.I feel a complaint to the Tribunal is in order. The poorest form, Warner! Shame!

Do not purchase from this company!!! I haven't received my shirt that I ordered in October 2019. I have contacted them multiple times via email and have had rude and late continued responses we don't know when your order will arrive to our warehouse". It's been 4 months. This is unacceptable and I will be making a complaint to the ACCC."

If only I could give 0 stars. Sizing is wacked. Customerservice is non existent. There's no return address listed and no replies to emails when you reach out for help. You do realise youre meant to list a return address? Or actually put in a link when you say via this link". Just a response would be nice!!!!!!"
