Warm, friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive, respectful and responsive in their approach to creating my style of choice. The shampoo and conditioner were personalised to my hair type. The final cut and blow out looked just as I had hoped. Overall a very pleasurable experience. I highly recommend this salon.

Amazing experience! I messaged the salon about availability on Saturday’s and they split my hair and colour appointment into two appointments so that they could get me in earlier. The music was so relaxed and we were given a tea and chocolate with the appt. Crystal did an amazing job on my haircut! You could tell that she was very knowledgeable in everything hair and I felt like she really understood my wavy and sometimes curly hair.

I am extremely disappointed writing this review, as a once loyal customer to Kalon. I attempted to book an appointment online, which was immediately cancelled by them as they 'would not have time' despite it allowing me to book online. An $18 deposit was removed from my account despite this being their fault, not my cancellation. They did not reschedule my booking, instead offering two times I had already told them I could not do (weekdays before 5). They then said they don't have any other time in the next few weeks. I was amicable. When an availability came up online for a Saturday morning, I rebooked. This was AGAIN declined for the same reason, 'not enough time' despite it allowing me to book it online. Another $18 deposit that they refused to refund, despite it being their fault not mine. I won't be back and I certainly won't be recommending here ever again. I get a store credit"... woohoo... Looking forward to your reply referencing your unjust Ts&Cs yet again... I have never heard of a business that won't refund a deposit when it is the business cancelling and not the client. Sounds like a fraudulent way to make money off innocent clients to me."

First time customer today, thoroughly loved the style Brooke did for me and amazed at how flexible she was when I wanted to change and add. Most impressively is she went above and beyond to ensure my hair stayed in shape all night after i told her my history with uncurling curls (1pm-9:15pm still looked exactly the same).The Salon is peaceful and provides a relaxing atmosphere with complimentary tea.Most certainly recommend♡

A beautiful hair salon! I love the emphasis of organic, natural hair products. The space is so tranquil & modern.I was very happy with the level of detail the staff go into in terms of helping me with my hair health & choosing the best cut for me. I was really happy with the end result, my fair felt so healthy & nourished.The service was amazing, including tea & a treat during my hair cut.

If I could give no stars I would. Don’t use this hairdresser. Not only did they take 8 hours to do my hair but the face framers she left on too long broke and I have chunks missing from the front of my hair. My mother also booked in here and got cancelled on, and rebooked for a week later. When she called back to say she needed her hair before my bridal shower that weekend they fit her in but ONLY did roots as they didn’t have time to do her foils - why book her in to a slot where you couldn’t accommodate for the full service. She could have booked elsewhere and had everything she wanted done but instead they once again stuffed her around. All they could do was apologise - not offer to help or fit her in before the weekend. Will never go here again.

Had a haircut and balyage service booked with Jess and she was so lovely and attentive. The salon has beautiful and peaceful vibe and all the stylists truly take the health of their clients hair with greatest priority. Jess did a beautiful job and the quality of my hair after lightening service is truly unbelievable due to high quality of products used for the service and a caring approach by the stylist. I will definitely return again and recommend Kalon to friends and family.

This is the most amazing hairdresser salon I have EVER been to. Everyone here is so nice and friendly and always cuts my hair very nicely. Would 100% recommend.

If i could give more than 5 stars I would. The salon has great vibes, the girls are wonderful (Brooke, Chloe & Carla) are absolute superstars! My hair feels and looks and feels so healthy and its all done with an environmentally friendly touch. Do yourself a favour and visit Kalon

I got my bleached Asian hair dyed blue-black. It has been three days since receiving the service. My hair is still beautiful, shines and is soft like silk. The price is affordable and worth the results. Clara is very friendly, making me feel welcome. The tea is excellent, as well as the candies. Yum! I definitely will go back if I have a chance.
