Rude service, won't come back anymore, make sense why they are closing down

Not recommended to buy anything. They are very rude.They dont know anything about customer service and satisfaction. I was almost going to buy 2 pairs but made right decision last motion not to buy when Im paying at the counter.

THEY DO NOT DO REFUNDS!!! Try to support local business and this!! What a disaster! I needed a pair of boots for my husband and was concerned he wouldn’t like them or they wouldn’t fit as they were quite expensive. The lady in the store specifically said to me ‘don’t worry you can come back and return them’. I bought them with the notion I would be able to come back the next day and receive a full refund. However when I went to refund them a different store person advised me I could only get a store credit or exchange. She was more concerned about telling me how I wrong and that says it on the receipt - how about telling your customers before they buy them?? Now we have paid over the normal price you can get online. This is why small local businesses are going out of business as they are not accomodating of customers needs. You are definitely better off buying products online with a better refund/return policy.

The store is indeed closing down. The ASN is not even registered for tourist tax refund. Beware

The owner consistently makes insulting and un founded comments about Fremantle community groups on social media and then expects them to purchase goods from his shop!#dontbitethehandthatfeedsyou

If I could give 0 point, I would. When I ask for a tax invoice, they gave me a piece of paper with a hand writing and not even tax file number or abn on it. And when I asked for a proper receipt to recieve $35 back, she said ‘oh, wow big money’. Well guys it is maybe not a big deal for you, but money is money for me. Regret to buy from this shop. Such a rude people, can not believe how arrogant they could get. I am reporting this to ATO!

Purchased some Ugg boots for a gift today and the shop attendant Moana was super helpful and polite!!

Friendly customer service and a good availability of stock

My wife purchased a pair of boots for me and the shop assistant assured her that if they did not fit correctly we could come back for a full refund.When returning to the store the assistant informed us that it is actually a store credit and that they do not do refunds.Will not be coming back here!!!Very annoying.

I have known Zane for years. Has always looked after me, discounting and assisting when I was in need.Always willing to go above and beyond for his customers.Disregard the 1 star comments; Zane and his team are wonderful, sell quality products and care about the community more then the council that has cause freo to become a disgrace
