Fantastic Feng Shui!The layout makes you feel better the moment you enter the store.It's nice to not feel like you're in a wall-mart.The staff extremely are very friendly, helpful and cheerful.They also accept donations and choose a new charity every month. So you can assume there is no scam going on.So if you're in neutral bay, skip the warehouse and go to a chemist where you *feel better* before you even get your medicine!

I can say enough positive things about this pharmacy. My 4 year old son has chronic asthmatic bronchitis, its a horrible condition and extremely heart breaking to watch my son suffer though. The Pharmacists always take the time to tell me about any new research into asthma and alternative treatments to try as assist ease some symptoms (which have worked). I cant thank them enough

Wow, the pharmacist here (Taj I think his name was) is extremely helpful. Not only did he point me in the right direction but also explained what each product would do for my continued migraines! I know where I'll be going from now on.

Edit.. I spoke to Taj, who is extremely lovely and sorted the situation out for me. Such caring service from this pharmacy, and I will definitely be using them again.4 stars for the service, and for the pharmacist being polite. However, sadly my medication was nearly 4 times as much as my normal chemist. I couldn't justify going here again.

Failed to inform me they’d run out (hours prior) of the vaccine I’d booked until I’d not only left work and gone there, but checked in at the desk, waited in queue for the pharmacist, and eventually gone into the room. Two stars not one because they at least explained a government shipment from four days ago never arrived, although in that case they had plenty of time to stop falsely advertising appointments for it.
