We’ve just installed Engineered boards from George Fethers for a second time in our latest home renovation. We are thrilled with the result after receiving great service, advice and product from the team both times. Couldn’t recommend this company more if you’re in the market for quality flooring.

Worst company to deal with. Extremely poor quality of product, service and just overall experience. Ordered product which arrived damaged and in place of changing the product, we were questioned and told that we had to use what we were given. Will James, General Manager, not only did not assist but went as far as to tell us surely you can use it" and refused to give us product fit for purpose. At no point did they try and attempt to resolve the issue. We ended up with a damaged product that we paid a lot of money for. I would never use them again. Watch out because you could be next!"

As an interior designer, the quality of George Fethers products can only be matched by the incredible customer service and support the team provide. I simply cannot recommend them enough.

My experience with this company was not great. I purchased 2 products one being the Nero black vaneer for my kitchen and the light Beton product for the stair well. A great deal of the product turned up damaged when both the Builder and Joiner questioned this it was answered with not even an apology let alone replacement product.Basically be aware of paying for the product up front because the reality is the product is not great . The black vaneer apart from the damage showed different colour black which did not match but also defects in the vaneer.The light beton concrete panel once installed after turning up damaged every panel started to crack I would defiantly steer clear of it if your considering for your build.Shane

A high end product for a high end finish complemented with exceptional customer service. My go to for engineered oak flooring and veneers.

We ordered a sheet of board from this company and when we received the board it was damaged to one side which was about 100mm into the sheet, the sheet being approx...3000mm x 1200mm after sending photos they insisted on seeing a cutting list to prove we couldn't use the sheet which cost just under $1,000 WE WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!

We are super happy with our flooring from George Fethers (Maison Naturo Oak). It looks great, has minimal knots, and is surprisingly hardy. Rebekah (general manager) was also lovely and helpfully showed us around the showroom and helped us again when we came to place our order 6 months later

I was needing some floorboard replacement, and Rebekah responded promptly by providing excellent customer service and solutions. I can not recommend them highly enough! Great products coupled with great customer care is hard to find.
