Relax n Tone

The ladies have been so kind and created a great supportive environment for my mother. It has become both a social and physical exercise and a great activity.

I would highly recommend Relax n Tone to any one looking for a way to exercise your muscles and joints whilst relaxing at the same time. I have been having sessions for about 5 years now since knee surgery and a knee replacement operation. The staff have been most welcoming and considerate and I really look forward to my sessions.

I was so impressed that they gave you a free trial with no strings attached. Relaxing on specially designed beds that exercise different muscles is so different to anything l had done before. As a larger person, over 50 and with health issues this has been the best thing l have done for strengthening my muscles and l've even lost centimetres! Being a family owned business they add a more personal touch making you feel comfortable in a relaxed and happy atmosphere. I would highly recommend it for anyone who needs a gentle way to exercise that will build muscle tone and make you feel healthier and happier. Thanks R n T.

Horrendous experience. Owner were only friendly till she got our money. Once they got the money, we were pretty much harassed till we decided to leave the place because they do not do refunds. Thats right! So she gets to keep our money for free. VERY INSENSITIVE staff. Go if you want to ruin your Saturday morning. They are extremely inconsiderate. Nothing relaxing about this place. WILL NEVER SEND ANYONE I KNOW HERE. Biggest disappointment on the face of Earth. I personally would not even do the free trial here.OH AND if you already go there, in our case the owner talked about us behind our back (not nice stuff!). SO watch out! Just a heads up! She insulted and then she followed on by threatening us. All this to a cancer patient who has already a lot on their plate. Its completely inhumane. Severe attitude problems. As I said, I would not even go for a free trial.

I have been going to Relax & Tone for 5 years and I absolutely love it! I even get to read whilst I am doing my workout and unlike gyms, does not hurt joints and muscles. Staff are friendly, helpful and very supportive. I can highly recommend Relax and Tone to anyone that may have health issues that needs to do gentle exercise.on behalf of Lorraine A

Love this place....it's been more than 18 months since I joined and now I feel I am addicted to it...I used to go in twice a week now I go in thrice.....the place is extremely relaxing physically with all the vibrating machines.. but it is also mentally relaxing as the owner is a wonderful lady who is funny empathetic and caring...she has guided me in many ways ....and I have lost 63 inches.....I also have an amazing time chatting with other women who come in to relax....

I highly recommend Relax n Tone. The staff are kind and respectful, and have a created a lovely environment in which to exercise. The beds tone without causing stress to joints and are fantastic for anyone with arthritis etc. I leave each session feeling great.

I have been going to Relax and Tone for at least 5 years. Love it, enjoy it,it feels really good there and the place has a genuinely happy atmosphere.Crystal has a bag of jokes ready and is always happy to share them and make you laugh. Relax n tone is fantastic. The atmosphere, people and staff are so welcoming and friendly. Its a very comfortable place to walk in to. There is lots of support and encouragement offered to you from the owner.My mum and I go as much as we can when possible. It has helped me with my back issues from work and my mum's mobility in everyday life.I have recommended and WILL CONTINUE to recommend Relax n Tone to people I know, they are eager to go as they have seen the improvement in us.

Going to Relax & Tone is my gift to myself! I absolutely love going; the staff are so friendly and helpful, as are the other clientele. Any advice I need is immediately given, and guidance using the equipment is thoughtfully given too.
