This was the worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a small amount of hot chips at 7:18pm, they complained that I called too often delaying them from completing other orders. However I did not receive my order and when I went online to write this review I saw that it closes at 9pm and it is currently 9:38pm. This is what I call poor customer service.

Incredibly good pizzas, souvlaki's and fish and chips. Don't know if Ray still owns it, but he is so friendly as are all the staff. The food is just the best around. I think they're on par with the woodfired pizzas of pizzaland and the wood oven in Mercer st Geelong and that's REALLY high praise! Highly recommended

Very poor customer service.Fishing and chips not cook and oily.Not going back in a long time.

Great food, Always polite, Delivery service is great, food hot and driver is polite and friendly, Always enjoy my meal.

Rude!!! I live local to this fish and chip shop but without a car I was going to get a delivery for my family, put in my order no worries but when I was told it was going to be over an hour and 15 for it to get here I decided to cancel- can't leave kids hungry for that long right? The man on the phone replied with 'Oh my god, were flat out!' In a very rude an annoyed tone. I get that your busy but you don't need to be rude when I cancel an order! VERY DISAPPOINTED

Great fish n chips. Always fresh and never greasy

Really not happy we were told we would have our order in an hour rang back to see where it was after an hour and a half then our food was cold the hamburger in batter was still raw order was missing food took 2 trips to get the right missing food and they tried to blame the new driver for the whole lot mind you we spent $98 for this treatment never again

I wouldn’t even bother. The customer service, particularly from the older lady is shocking. Rude. Eye rolling and argumentative. I always give a business 5 goes before I put a review in. The food is either under cooked or over cooked. And if you dare Complain then Expect the eye rolling argumentative rude customer service. 3 times now my order has been mucked up. I was even sent home with the wrong order, took it back and treated poorly because they “were flat out”. The owner Ray is a lovely man and I’m always glad to see him because his customer service is great!! It’s a pitty some of the other staff can’t do the same.

Worst food ever took over 1 1/2 hrs for delievery then they missed 2 dim sims took another 1/2 hr to get the right dim sims. Not impressed we had 6 starving kids.. who didnt get feed until after 7pm... never ever again
