TURN YOUR MUSIC DOWN.Your sales attendants are either deaf or avoiding sales, because no patron with the intent to purchase something would willingly spend time browsing while their ears get pounded by the unfortunate Ariana Grande dance music.

Disappointed in this store. As staff memeber never gave receipt and went back closed before closing time, and called to exchange staff gave me a dirty look as she stood in the store when l called. Answered phone and then asked if l could exchange and l said l wasnt local could l go to another store and was told no only at that store. No offer to assist me at all.

Very disappointed as I purchased a ring set that had extremely difficult ties attached to it. I highly recommend doing an evaluation on your products as one of the rings broke. Staff are too pushy and when asking for service they are too worried about their expensive range.

I got 5 chokers from the lovisa at the marketplace and within a few days they all broke. Bad quality chokers wouldn't recommend coming here for chokers
