Worst company ever. Purchased an expensive lounge still in warranty. The quality is so bad, one seat is sagging.Ring for repair, and to send someone down. After taking photos and videos.They left us waiting for another 3 months.We then we contact them again and they send us an email say it’s out of warranty.We contact them again, they then stated that it’s the way it was made. They can’t do anything about it.That’s it!Very disappointed with the company which is well known.

Didn’t keep the promised date and delayed the delivery by 3 months. Delivery date was pushed twice. What makes it worse is that the sales agent just don’t seem to care until I wrote an email to the customer service expressing my disappointment. The interest that they show while selling is completely lost while I am querying about my delivery of the furniture, felt like I was stuck after paying the initial deposit. If you need the furniture early then Nick Scalli is not the choice ..

I’d like to thank both Jenny and Lili for their outstanding service.Jenny was very transparent when I shared concerns about the lead time for my sofa. She then took the time to see what other available options there were for a quicker shipment, and I was fortunately able to secure the sofa I wanted from a cancelled order with only a month or so wait.Lili has also been great following up with me and helping to discuss other available options to complement my new purchase.

If I could give zero stars I would but unfortunately that's not an option.We purchased a lounge on April 2nd and explained to the sales girl we'd just moved into our new home and had no furniture, although we understood there would be a wait we were assured although the contract stated 16-18 weeks there was no way it would take that long.Months of calls telling us that its on a shipment but no idea when it would arrive we pleaded with them to let us cancel our order and refund the deposit as we needed furniture as we were sitting on dining chairs. I even offered to come and buy off the floor but they refused and threw the contract terms in my face.There was little to no communication, and the one person who did call me kept saying this is what the manager has said and theres nothing I can do".Last week it was 20 weeks. They have breached their side of the contract and still refuse to give my deposit back and are trying to force me with the sale.This has to be the worst company I have ever dealt with. There has been no empathy or understanding and nobody cares at all.Once they have your money don't expect to hear from them again.I have put a complaint through to Office of Fair Trading because they've left me no option.Nick Scali you should be ashamed on how you conduct your business and treat people.**Update**Dont worry about emailing then from the response given to your review they STILL DO NOTHING!!!!"

Despite an initial positive level of customer service from the salesperson who helped me decide what couch to purchase, my experience since has been absolutely hopeless and no one at Nick Scalli seems to care. My couch was ordered way back in July and the '12-14 weeks' delivery time has now expired, but has anyone from Nick Scalli called or emailed to let me know when my order (which I paid a significant deposit for) is excepted to arrive. No, they have not. After calling the store multiple times myself, and eventually getting through to online sales (because no on was picking up the line for pre-existing orders because it was the last day of their sale, according to the staffer who I did speak with), it was explained that due to shipping issues, my order wouldn't be arriving until December. Wow. And not even an apology for the delay. Thanks for nothing.

STAY AWAY! 3 months ago my couch was on the way from China. Today they said another 3 months making it 9 months in total. I don’t believe anything they say. Stay away from Nick Scarli Taylor’s lakes and Lilly the so called sales manager. I have a disability and they have taken advantage of me. Very upset!

Absolutely appalling service, after my elderly mother was told 8-10 weeks, then its stretched out another 6 weeks, now just been told another 4-6 weeks. Sold old seating months ago as expecting furniture to be delivered only to be sitting on a couple of single seats in the lounge for months. Try calling to complain to sales person (who said call if any issues) no one will take the call. Paid deposit, absolutely hopeless. Never recommend this place to anyone in future.

I bought my couch from Taylors Lakes store, I dealt with Lili who was incredible. I chose the wrong colour originally and she went above and beyond to help me fix it. There were delays with delivery however they were great with communication always keeping me in the loop. Great quality couch and amazing customer service from this store. Worth the wait.

Faulty TV Cabinet unit delivered the driver left with a missing leg for the unit. Since than it has been a night mare dealing with customer service. Customer service is located overseas and provide no reasonable empathy or solution been over a week trying to explain a Brand new unit with a missing component. Never have been so frustrated with poor customer service experience. Enquiry number CT15155S. No resolution to date.Customer Service is Shockingly bad
