Philip helped me move our emails over to Microsoft 365, and he also helped to do a health check on our computer including backing up our emails and files, checking security and virus protection were in place. His ability to get the get the job done was fantastic, and with a great deal of professionalism. Would definitely recommend Philip to anyone looking for an IT support person.

When my laptop was damaged by water, Philip came over and accessed that the hardware was beyond repair, but he was able to rescue my hard drive. After I obtained a new laptop, he helped me set it up and restore everything that was on my old hard drive, so I did not loose any data. Philip was prompt, helpful and gave a lot of advice. Thanks for your help!

My laptop was having the BSOD(Blue screen of death) issue and was not able to boot into Windows. Phillip was helpful in identifying the issue and successfully extracted the hard drive and provided that as an external drive for us to use later. He did the whole thing pretty quickly.

My computer was frozen and could do nothing to work it. Everything did not work. Someone told me my hard drive wad done for. In desperation I found Philip on Google. Philip cme the next day and on time. Philip managed to fix my computer. I found Philip to ne professional and friendly. Also very informative. Philip called me up a few days after and again just to confirm my computer was going well before he invoiced me. He is very adamant to make the customer happy. I will definitely be recomending hi to friends. I'm very impressed and thankful I did not listen to the other guy. Thank you Philip.
