Charlie Madgwick has made the process of selling our house so easy and efficient. Reply to my communications during business hours were within the hour. She had solutions for any of my concerns. She understands in depth the market in the area and the demand of the buyers, which helps when making a sale. But above everything, she is a down to heart and compassionate person and I raise my hat to her for dealing with people like me who can be very stressed during such an important journey.
