We came to Dr Jess and her team as we needed some help with the behaviour of our 8 month old Bull Terrier. Our pup had many behavioural issues and we needed urgent help before welcoming a new baby to our family in just a few short weeks. Dr Jess was extremely thoughtful and caring with our pup and situation. Dr Jess was thorough and helped us understand the underlying issues and how to better communicate with our puppy. Within less than a week of putting into practice everything Dr Jess advised, we identified a huge improvement in our pups behaviour and actions. We know we need to continue putting in the hard work but this is a huge relief for us and we cant thank Dr Jess enough for her expertise and guidance. We have had several consultations with Dr Jessica for our pup. We had tried to take him to different vets twice with no success in even getting an assessment on his ears or general health done due to his anxiety and resulting behaviour. One visit for a full behavioural initial assessment with Dr Jessica and we were so happy, got behavioural assessment, information, advice and comprehensive health check for the first time ever. Massive change in our life with our pup from the very first visit. Over the following months we have had 2 follow up consultations (and couple of phone chats).
