Caleb is a god send.I was struggling to find a property on my own and being new to the market I had no idea what I was doing. Caleb was absolutely amazing. It took him all of 3 weeks to find me a suitable property ( I may have had a few requirements..) He negotiated for me, he made sure that everything was going to plan and even reminded me to pay certain people and what to sign on time. He took all the stresses of buying a house off my shoulders.Caleb was professional but down to earth. He kept me in the loop for everything.
