Bistro at Burvale Hotel
Ordered drinks through QR code first, then ordered food through QR code. Food came out and still no drinks. Questioned it, they said they would check, came back and said order didn’t go through and to show proof of receipt. I chose not to have receipt emailed as I didn’t think it would be a problem. I had to show them my bank transactions before they accepted there was an error on their part. If you go there (I won’t be going back) I suggest going up to the bar. Oh but then no one is actually behind the bar to help. If they want to use QR codes with minimum staff then get it right. Not a great experience. Food was OK.

I ordered a Ceasars Salad and mocha and they were horrid. Lettuce was brown, too much salt and the egg was half raw.Bistro also had nothing but full cream milk.

Minimal service, as was a large group we ordered over about 30mins through QR code on tables. The first to order was one of the last to get meal after checking multiple times (as was having to leave early). I ordered 2 sides to have as my meal but they were brought out 20mins apart. Won’t be going back & don’t recommend.

Didn't have what we ordered, wanted a tip before we received any service, digital menu is missing most drinks, only has the expensive ones, 1 meal had the wrong sides, another was atleaat 30mins after ordering before we were told they didn't have that one either. Wouldn't go there again
