I recently hired this plumbing company to address some drainage issues in my home, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service they provided. From the initial phone call to the completion of the work, their team was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable.Matt the plumber who came out to my home took the time to thoroughly assess the issue and explain the recommended solution to me in terms that I could understand. They worked efficiently and effectively to complete the repairs, and left my home in better condition than when they arrived.Not only did they fix the immediate problem, but they also took steps to ensure that the issue would not recur in the future. They were courteous, respectful, and cleaned up after themselves before leaving.Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from this plumbing company, and I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services. Matt and his team are very easy to deal with. Very responsive, professional. He did an excellent job in replacing the leaking shower flexi mixer and silicone around the shower perimeters. They also cleaned the sewerage drain and storm water drains with the camera fitted to it so I was able to see the water flowing through the pipes and to the street drain outlet. Matt also brought to my attention a heavily leaking outside water tap which he was able to replace straight away. He is a local small business company so would be good to support Matt and his team.,Extremely happy with the service and highly recommend.

We had our hot water heater burst late at night, and Matthew from ORCA plumbing responded to our call immediately and professionally. Matthew was able to place a temporary fix for the night, and returned the following morning to install a brand new one the following day effectively and efficiently. I have had Matt from ORCA plumbing engaged for a couple of different plumbing issues, most importantly I have found him to always be punctual, arrives at the time of our appointments. I have also found him to be courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He states his prices upfront and sticks to the agreed price even if the work takes longer then expected. I have no hesitation in recommending Matt to others who need a plumber and will be engaging him next time I require a plumber.

Matt from Orca came out to fix our kitchen sink which wasn’t draining, but determined the whole thing needed to be replaced. He explained the issue so we understood completely, and he was very good value considering it ended up being a much bigger job than we first realised. Strongly recommend!

Highly recommend ORCA Plumbing. They responded quickly to my call, and their tradesman Matt was very friendly, efficient, and professional. Before commencing the work on upgrading my kitchen and bathroom taps he provided a cost that I think was very affordable and he completed the work to my complete satisfaction.

We got Matt in to change over our cooktop for us at home. The new one I bought was slightly larger than the previous so the bench had to be cut out. He made light work of it and I am beyond happy! 10/10 will definitely use again!

Had Matt from Orca Plumbing arrive at my house this morning to install a new storage hot water system as old one was broken and leaking , he did a great job and had cleaned up after himself was very friendly.Great job will definitely recommend
