Terrible company to deal with. Initial installation took 3 attempts. Wanted to charge extra to come back again. Removed the blackout external blind to find the head unit was never reattached. Internal blinds are falling to pieces. Save your time and money and go to spotlight for better customer service and quality. Would give 0 stars if I could

Had my first set of plantation shutters installed on Friday, am very happy with the product Unblinds offer. My experience from the first day was great, Paul was punctual, professional, polite and he took measurements for the entire house offering various timeframe options for ordering and was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he was not pushy and his price was very competitive. I was kept informed via text when my shutters were ready, no false commitments dates either! Installation day arrived and like Paul, Tony was extremely punctual, polite and efficient. Tony’s communication was professional at all times prior to installation and during installation, he was extremely knowledgeable of the product and shared helpfully tips on how to operate and clean my new plantation shutters. Tony was extremely careful with the product and cleaned all work areas. I highly recommend UBlinds and Tony for his services.

We had a fully shaded patio that needed weather protection, so not a typical need for this area. We visited the showroom and had a great experience getting to see, feel and touch the different types of blinds. The staff member who showed us around was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. The measure & quote process was easy. The crew who came for the install was excellent. I recommend giving this company a go when you need blinds.

I cannot recommend this business. It took 11 weeks to have just one security door installed. Not good enough! I was told on three occasions that the door had arrived by container and clearing customs. The same story for three weeks. Lies!!! Initially told when getting the quote the turnaround time will be 6 - 8 weeks. I used ABSOLUTE SECURITY for two patio sliding doors and they were fitted in 13 from getting the quote.
