Store seems to have a good range and very good customer service. I was a bit disappointed however that this is not a pharmacy, so range of medications is very limited.

Im not in the habit of writing negative reviews but feel I've left no choice after the experience i had with my online order.Im a loyal Priceline customer and will go out of my way to hold off on buying elsewhere to purchase items with Priceline in store and online.After waiting over 3 weeks to receive my online order (Giorgio Armani Si Intense) I checked the receipt and noticed the purchase had been processed 2 days prior to the delivered date. When i looked at the box immediately i felt something was off as the quality of the box felt different.Please note, I've purchased this perfume from Priceline world square and Clemton Park Village in the past with no issues.Upon opening the box delivered from the Broadway store, i noticed the inside was a cheap material and had been ripped inside already. when i inspected the bottle it looked different and didn't have the gold piping on the bottom this perfume would usually have. and the lid felt like a cheap plastic and it usually feels like a heavier cold plastic or glass like material.Compared it to my other bottles and they looked and felt different - i didn't want to spray the perfume in case it would void the item.I called customer service and after a number of calls i was advised i could go into the store for an exchange or refund.After travelling over an hour to get to the store i was advised by the person managing the store that they could not refund as they dont sell fakes and that her neighbour wears that perfume and it smells the same.I told her I hadn't sprayed it as I didn't want to use the bottle so that it could be refunded or exchanged and asked if they could at least check with their L'Oreal or fragrance supplier if their packaging had changed. she repeated they dont sell fakes and that her neighbour uses the perfume and you can smell the box that its real. I dont her i was disappointed as a loyal Priceline customer that they wouldn't honour an exchange as the product is void and was told to contact customer service.I left the store, contacted customer service and am still waiting for a response after another 3 weeks. I should have known the discounted price was too good to be true and am sincerely disappointed in Priceline. now im stuck with a fake perfume.

Great shop, great customer service, especially from Saria who always has great suggestions in the makeup department or any other area if your stuck or can’t find what you want. She goes out of her way to help you. And it’s great when the sales are on too - very happy customer for many years :)

Steph the Manager at Priceline Broadway is a true star, deserving more than 5 on offer from Google. She assisted with my lockdown purchase issue using professional and friendly phone communication. I will be back for the great service.

A staff member accused me of opening a product (eyebrow pencil) to try it out and then tried to force me to buy it. The product was already opened and had clearly been used before I picked it up. I explained this to her and she rudely said this isn't a target where you can just open and use things without buying them". The unnecessary assumptions and accusations ruined the entire shopping trip and I had to walk out of the store. Will never be coming back to this location if this is how they treat anyone who comes in."

I would like to mention what a pleasure to be given individual service by Saria who new her products and helped us do a large shop of products. Saria was extremly courteous polite and efficient. Priceline Broadway should be pleased to have Saria on their staff as she is a great asset, service which you do not see often.

oh my. love this place because they seem to have mostly everything in stock, more than other places.unfortunately the workers are a bit clueless and don’t really know what they’re doing. i had to ask three workers to help me out and they gave very different responses. they also gave me the wrong shade of makeup knowing i needed it for the day after.very disappointed.

Had to leave the store because you can not shop in this store in the shopping centre with a shopping trolley.

Honestly it’s amazing this branch is still in business. Not only are items highly overpriced, but the staff have little to know knowledge of the available products. I was searching for a specific vitamin and was told but two seperate staff that they absolutely do not have what I was looking for or any alternatives in the entire store, and yet after a quick Google search I found what I needed in seconds. This is one example of how business should not be run.

SARIA WAS THE BEST! Amidst a mall full of yucky fluro lights, homogeneous sale pitches and tacky marketing I met a real human who was able to offer a personal touch. Saria was bubbly, full of wisdom and perfectly responsive to my every need. She offered a range of great advise and we managed to have a laugh too! I walked away with a handful of bargains perfectly catered to my needs and a new mate. Will have to stop by more often. Definitely up there with the awesome staff at Marrickville Priceline. Thanks for making my day :)
