Results Laser Clinic Eastland

I have loved my experience at Results laser, Eastland. I have been to other laser clinics at Eastland, and the ladies at I have found the ladies at Results more friendly than at other clinics. Thanks so much! Would recommend. Great results too :)

I purchased my sessions , and they told me no expiry dates then got locked out due to Covid lockdowns. They also got my email address wrong so I never received a notification for my account or expiry dates. You’ll love this to, was told by the staff there was no expiry dates… so basically if I spent a 1000$ on this it was all just scrapped with little to no care given. I’m furious, upset and feeling like I have been lied to. So many small things have gone wrong and everything has been thrown back at me as if it was my fault. I’ve been punished due to there mistakes and then had to flip the bill myself.This result laser clinic company have no credibility and staff clearly not train right.

I had laser hair removal done at this Eastland clinic by Elika, she’s just amazing ,she made me feel very comfortable and knows exactly what to do and very nice to talk too.Even tho she had customers back to back she made sure the room was very clean and hygienic.I highly recommend this clinic.

Avoid this clinic and franchise.Tiny rooms, awkward & rushed service.Can’t speak lowly enough of my experience so far with Results Laser Clinic.No refund policy means you’re locked in for good once you’ve made payment.Do your research and take your money somewhere else.

The ladies here are not very knowledgeable. I got 5 sessions done here, 4 of which were done by a middle aged Iranian woman who just casually move the laser wand around my legs. I have chatted with other local ladies as well and most of them said this clinic doesn’t have good staff. No one tells the dos and donts. No suggestions are given for post laser care etc. I will now look at other laser clinics to get the remaining of the sessions.Very bad experience. Don’t waste your time and money here.

I paid for 4-6 sessions of pigmentation and led light and I was not satisfied with the treatment because I started having pimples and spots on my face after doing it. In my next treatment like a month after, I complained to them that I want the money to be put into something else which the ladies at Eastland promised they will report it. I noticed they tell me the same thing everytime I go for other appointment until one day, I told them am not leaving except they put my money in something else. The started chatting with someone on the phone saying it's their head office and to my surprise, a lady contacted me from head office after like two weeks after saying they can't do anything about it that it has expired. I complained a month after the treatment and I was support to do the treatment for 6months. How did it expired after a month and this is a place I have paid over $5k of my hard earned money to. I paid for 12sessions of fat reduction but no result, no good hygiene some of their instrument are itchy. They don't have customers relation and never treat their customers right. I think that company should be looked into.

I visited the clinic for the first time this morning with my friends for an underarm laser appointment. Before this, I have been a results customer in their Knox and Melbourne central branches.During the appointment I informed the staff member that I needed to shave a bit as there was mild hair growth. This was usually done free of charge in the Knox and Melbourne central branches by the staff member. However, at this clinic the staff member said this would cost me $20. When I informed her that this was never the case in my previous appointments, she stated that I had complimentary free shaving which had expired according to my profile. This was never mentioned in any of my previous encounters with Results laser clinic. As I was obviously unhappy with this hidden fee presented, the staff member agreed to not charge me this time but stated that they “usually cannot do free shaving as everything they do is monitored centrally” (frankly I wasn’t very sure what she meant) and that “they did shaving for $20 in this branch while other branches did it at $50”. This is a ridiculous claim as this has never come up. The price is also absurd as the laser itself does not cost that much nor does a razor. In the end, I was handed a razor and left alone in the laser room with a minuscule mirror that I could barely see out of. This supposed added cost for shaving wasn’t mentioned to my friends who had their appointments about half an hour after my appointment which makes the whole claim quite suspicious. Quite disappointed in their customer service!!

I saw Malini for my laser appointment and she is the best technician I have had so far (I've been to numerous branches of Results and another chain). She made adjustments to ensure my experience was comfortable and was super thorough. Her attention to detail was second to none. Will definitely be rebooking with her.

Unfortunately the Eastland clinic is not very hygienic. They did not clean the bed between clients and the disposable paper/sheet that was on the bed looked dirty. The floors also looked dirty and dusty. They gave me the same glasses that the previous client was using without disinfecting or cleaning them. I had to ask for a cleaning wipe as I felt very uncomfortable to put those glasses on my skin and eye area as I was literally sharing the oil and bacteria that was on somebody else’s skin. While the staff was lovely, I think that the hygiene Le ek should be way better than that considering Covid and the type of business that this is. I’m very disappointed by my experience there but I hope that this is something that can be improved.

Have tried three times over two months to sort out a complaint with Results Ringwood. Each time I get told a ticket has been submitted and never hear from them. I couldn't continue my treatment because of lockdown and they won't give me my money back. They make you pay up front and if there is a problem you can't get your money back. DONT PAY UPFRONT
