Went in there yesterday (Wednesday 1st June) to get a check up and clean, the dentist did not even touch my top row of teeth, only the bottom row, and the entire process did not even last fifteen minutes. When called up to ask for an explanation, we got a very hesitant explanation that wasn't clear in any way, instead it was blamed on having no time amongst other reasons, and worst yet, we were charged the full $190 for the partial treatment.

First visit for check-up and then follow up visit for further work. An excellent service provided by Dr Yong who was friendly, informative with an extremely gentle approach. Will have no hesitations returning in future.

Outstanding service i highly recommend this practice.. I genuinely am scared of going to a dentist but my first visit here was totally painless and was consulted on everything that was being done on my teeth

Would never recommend this dentist. 1 of the male dentists quoted $680 for a filling, we just had the exact same work completed for $210 at a dentist on the same street. Totally overpriced

Made to wait 30+ minutes, after 2-3 rescheduled appointments I just walked out. Never told up front about wait times, always 'just 5 more minutes'. Don't go here.

I saw Dr Kehily today and was so happy with the service. Very thorough and explained every step. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great price as I'm not in a healthfund. Highly recommend.I also love the location and not to mention how outstanding the staff are even when calling to book in they greet with a warm greeting, you can hear the smile through the phone. Thank you Pacific Smiles.

Very disappointed with their pricing structure and never going back to them.$197 for less than 10mins!!I would pay for good competitive services but this was a ripoff.You have lost a paying client.
