I have dealt with this company for 9 years, purchasing my ducted air conditioning and paying to have regular services done. Until recently when we had a problem with the system I have found Michael & Michelle very unprofessional, extremely rude & abusive. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I am very grateful to Michael, Lisa and the whole team at Snapfreeze. From the first phone call to the installation day everyone I dealt with was professional and a pleasure to deal with. I am delighted with my ducted AC system, it works beautifully. I would recommend this company unreservedly for any AC work you need done. Robert Clark.

An amazing business that has exceptional customer service, prompt, reliable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Had a blocked drain and the split system was leaking into the house. Very nice team member of Snapfreeze came in a fixed it fast and efficiently. He was also very informative. The prices here are great and competitive. Thanks Snapfreeze I will be back. Had been with Snapfreeze for years, however recently after experiencing problems after they serviced the unit, their customer service was appalling and I would go as far aa saying rude. Not only rude to me but also to the tenant and real estate agent that manages the property. Very disappointed with the way they treated a long term customer.

The team were fantastic. So helpful, accommodating and informative. They talked me through the whole process, included me in all decisions, worked so hard on my hardwood timber roof. Bigger job than expected and they took it in their stride. I would recommend over and over. Great value.

Prompt efficient service from initial call out and diagnosing the problems to organizing ordering and installation of new air-conditioners. Great problem solving and communication with service guys. Service fellows were friendly, polite and worked tirelessly until the job was completed. Nothing was too much trouble.

Although polite, disappointing customer experience. Just called to request a quote and was told by Michelle they were busy till after Christmas. She didn't even offer a future date or the opportunity to call again next year, just that they couldn't help me. Wonder if I sounded more Australian they could have offered a future date. Really disappointing to be turned away. Good riddance anyway. Would consider a business that doesn't turn customers away.Dear Michelle,In response to your review, Most reputable aircon businesses will simply inform me of their next availability and either put me on the list or advise I call at a future date. You said you were busy till after Christmas and could have offered me a date then or ask me call then, but you chose to turn me away. Aftercall your business will continue after Christmas right? How can you assume whets in my best interest without understanding my needs. I just found this a bit rude and quite discriminatory. A better business attitude will be to encourage future patronage. Also, my call at 14:56pm was within your operational hours (8am-4:30pm). Anyway, while others may have had a good experience, mine was quite distasteful and can only hope no one experiences it.Potential customers, if you have a good experience with these guys, you could go with them, otherwise, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.cheers

Arrived on time! All staff worked well together, doing huge job replacing old system. They removed everything, motors, old ducting, vents etc. then cleaned up and we now have a great quiet system. Well done and thank you.
