Ace Body Corporate Management (Ringwood)

You might as well have no body corporate than use this service. We had our house on the market and repairs had to be done in the back yard on our drains. We requested the date to be changed but didnt hear from the manager. After the repairs were done our backyard was so bad we lost a sale and had to pull from the market. The manager didnt take responsibility or any action with the trades people who were non reputable to repair the damage done. When we contacted the manager he was rude and had no communication or customer service skills what so ever. After our committee questioned his competence he got aggressive and hang up on our members and didnt return emails then resigned. When we picked up paper work we found things wern't paid even though we received a cheque of remaining funds and he charged us transfer fees even though he resigned. After the headaches and stress caused to everyone on the committee from Ace we are now with another more reputable company. Stay away!

DO NOT use this service. Ace Body Corp Ringwood managed our unit and we were so disappointing with his service. The manager was rude, had terrible communication and customer service skills, and only sort quotes from disreputable tradespeople (who were his mates). When we complained about his incompetence he became aggressive and then resigned. After he resigned he had the cheek to charge us a 'transfer fee', he had left bills unpaid and we later found that there were a number of issues with insurance and other services. In the long run he did us a favour and we are now with a much better company.It was also deeply disappointing to find that Ace Head Office were unhelpful and couldn't be bother to listen to our complaints. I would never ever use Ace Body Corp Management again.

If I give 0 stars I would have. Ace body corporate management are awful, disrespectful and disgusting people to deal with. They don't respond to emails and when you call to follow up they yell at you on the phone, never letting you even say a word. They use bullying as a way to get what they want and are not working in the best interest of the owners. I will never recommend Ace as a body corporate management.
