Took my car in for a standard logbook timing service. Received my car back in an undriveable condition after the service. Mechanic said he never drove my car before the service. The first issue I encountered was being overcharged due to a genuine part needed to be installed, as they couldn't source a non OEM water pump, the second issue was the power steering pump was never bleed from air in the line and told to go around the round a bout to bleed, rather than bleeding manually at the workshop. The main issue with the car made it undriveable due to a broken crankshaft sprocket tooth throwing the timing out. The damage to the car was blamed on me from the mechanic due to possibly damaging the throttle body after I serviced it. I was advised to get a new throttle body Installed, I bought a 2nd hand throttle body and installed it, still no luck and was told we should of got a professional to install the throttle body. Had to get the car repaired at another independent mechanic after extensive fault finding was ongoing. Car was off the road for months for diagnosis. Mechanics insurance come forward and paid for some of the costs, ultimately left very high and dry and short on money, which related in me quitting my new career course as money was short. MY HEROS!!! Twice now in the past month the team at Rob7 has saved my car! I have 2008 Hyundai that recently had some issues as it ages. The team jumped to look at my car straight away on arrival and get the problems sorted in less than 24 both times. Both times needed random parts which they were able to source for the best prices, I listened as the wheeled and dealed to Get what was needed at the best price. This is the ONLY car mechanic I will ever trust, everyone else has been disrespectful or tried to over charge me thinking I don’t know anything about car because I’m a woman. At Rob7 they treat me like a VIP but from other reviews I’ve read they make everyone feel like that which is outstanding!

I needed someone to look at a strange noise coming out of my Nissan Navara, Rob fitted me in and had a look, what great service. I would highly recommend these guys.
