The team at Cherished Minds is amazing. They have been extremely supportive from initial sessions through assessments and ongoing therapies - they are all fabulous.We went to Cherished minds after years of struggling with my daughters anxieties and pleading with our GP for extra support. Through Cherished Minds we now have a diagnosis and incredible ongoing support. I just can’t thank this awesome team enough.Social Skills groups and holiday programs have been great.

i rang to organise an appointment as its close to my place and we dont have transport.. was told all places are full and there is a long wait time.. i ask how long .. replied to longis that how you treat patients too?

Warm and welcoming practice. Our psychologist has been very supportive and always offers practical guidance on how to help manage real life situations.

My daughter has been coming to Cherished Minds for a few years now. They have a high turnover of psychologists, and my daughter was up to her 3rd psychologist who was amazing and probably the only reason we stayed on at Cherished minds, since he has left there was no reason to stay on. The problem was we were only told by her psychologist he was leaving there was no follow up from management as to what was going to happen next and admin staff had no answers when asked. Children with disabilities have trouble with change let alone changing treatments with psychologists that are continually leaving so that just cemented that it was time to leave. The director I feel is the real issue & does not put the best interests of the children at heart and we saw this during COVID, she does not run the center well which explains high turnover of staff and she isn't very personable. The admin team have absolutely no clue how to run front of house and really aren't inviting which is sad especially when dealing with a lot of parents who have children with disabilities. When bringing issues to the director's attention she tends to point blame onto everyone else instead of dealing with the issues at hand. I think it was meant for us to leave and find a place that fits well and really cares about the children and parents they treat. I truly hope the director takes this onboard.

We have been coming to Cherished Minds for the last 6 years for our son, and we would recommend them to all. Kellie has been fantastic , and looking back at where we started till now, it is just amazing, our son has come so far. It is so achievable to put the tools we learn into place which support us day to day. We couldn’t imagine where we would be today without having the help from Kellie and are so grateful for everything

Had a very bad expirence when here when trying to get my son assessed, but they refused to test him for anything yet started off at the first sesson saying they would observe him for one session then let me know what we would need to assess him for, they just kept misleading our family about their process. My son found it frustrating and I am annoyed at myself for even continuing after the first session where it took the therapist over 5 minutes to understand my son we were there for was the middle child of 3..It may be different if your child already has an assessment otherwise i would hightly recommend avoiding this place as it was a waste of time, money and put my son though more stress.

I have found them professional and easy to deal with for my daughter. I am happy with there service.

Kids love coming to see Diana. Has helped my kids anxiety issues alot. Kids look forward to coming.

My son (7 years old) have been seeing Patrick from Cherish Mind Psychology for 2 years now. We had a couple psychologists before him. I have to say, Patrick is by far the best psychologist I’ve meet! He is really good with kids and know how to work with them. My son has come along way (he’s not perfect but he can now regulate his emotions and behaviour), and he have improved dramatically, all thanks to Patrick with his guidance and support with my son. Seriously he is one of a kind. I’m holding on to him forever!! He is AMAZING!! Thank you Patrick. You’re a great asset to this clinic.

Cherished minds has really helped my child to become more resilient in dealing with everyday challenges & made him a more confident & happier child.
