friendly staff. good pay rate. but sometimes the communication may not be clear as when I reached the ward, I was told to go to another ward.

The staff are very supportive, very friendly and respectful with employees. Well operating, well communications. Depends on the busy month as perhaps during Uni holidays and public holidays you get a lots of shifts if you wish to accept the shifts as much you want. Always keep your availability free, the staff will always contact you if you show your interest to work. Love all my staff and my manager. the Mediserve Nursing Agency are amazing, the staff will never disappoints you. Payrate are great and paid weekly. I've been working for 1 year and still working. Thank you Mediserve for your love and supports I appreciate it. My first job maybe would never leave even if I have PT job. 10/10

Mediserve agency is an one of the best agencies to work with. I got job here during the covid.Mediserve has been very reliable and supportive agency. Agency staff has been a huge support for the employees. They never fail to look after each one of their employees and make sure everyone has shifts according to their Availability. All of the staff is very efficient especially Natalie, she has been extraordinarily great with her job and Its great to work with her as she organises everything ahead of time and always try and assist whenever possible.

I have worked for Mediserve (Melbourne) for the past couple of months, and I have appreciated my time working with this organisation.The onboarding process was straight forward, and transparent. The interviews take place at their Melbourne office, and the expectations that were set were clear and reasonable. It may be beneficial in the future for Mediserve to be more flexible with interview times for prospective employees (I recall being told interviews were only scheduled from 11am-1pm Tues-Fri, with little room for negotiation).I found pay rates at this organisation to be on-par with what I would receive working casually for a public organisation, and slightly more than a previous agency I had worked with (however this was also dependent on where you were sent for that shift).Initially, I did have problems with incorrect pay, but both times I was met with transparent communication, and was also given the opportunity to liaise with the head office in Perth regarding this. This issue was successfully resolved.Most of my issues" with working for Mediserve generally stemmed not from the agency themselves

Mediserve Agency is an amazing nursing agency to work with. Staff and Management are very supportive, very friendly and respectful with employees. The process of booking shifts is very easy, if we are interested to work, staff will always contact for available shifts. Staff are considerate if we have to cancel any shifts due to any personal emergency. If we have any query regarding shifts or payroll or any other queries, it is handled efficiently by the agency. Agency support was great even during peak Covid times. Pay rate is competitive as well.Thank you Mediserve for your support.Highly recommend Mediserve Agency.
