Travelling with a 1 year old is hard enough as it is. But almost every other person gives us a smile but the miserable lady working this shop must have a sad life. Approached in the most rudest manner , I gave her a smile and then in the nastiest tone she told me I had to go. Because my son was walking up and down the ramp. God forbid. All she had to do was ask in a nice tone and just ask me to not let him do it. I am still allowed in the shop!! Sad sad rude women. Get a job that doesn’t involve customer service women

Was on the phone to my boyfriend discussing gifts to purchase from the shop and was interrupted by the shop attendant and asked to get off my phone. After hanging up I asked why and she proceeded to tell me “it’s a small store, no one wants to hear your conversation”. Needless to say, I put the things back I was going to purchase and walked out and spent my money at the other gift shop.Might I add, I wasn’t talking loudly or using bad language.

Rudest lady serving. I asked if she had any special indigenous teas available and she said well I don’t know - have you already looked at the ones at the back? I’d just walked in to the store. My friend asked if they had hand sanitizer and she said yes we do ‘for purchase’. We then asked were the pearls from Broome and she looked at us like we were crazy and said broome doesn’t have freshwater pearls and 98% of the worlds pearls are from China. Ummmm ok. You should definitely not be in sales you miserable nasty person.

The lady in the shop is very rude . Asked me to stop conversation over the phone . I was talking to my husband about buying a peal ear ring . I decided not to just because of her rudeness. I note that there are more reviews like this . Wonder why the owner is not worried about loss of sales .

I had the best week in Broome until we walked into this “gift shop” on our way back to Perth. The lady here is grumpy and not helpful at all, my wife left in tears. Needs staff training

We’ll I should have read the reviews first….the older lady running this store is definitely very unfriendly!! So rude in fact that we left $220 stock that we were about to pay for as a result of her shrewd arrogance. Well spend our money elsewhere
