This new estate is so Inviting. They are creating a community who wants to live in here and make bonds. The entry from Patterns Road is beautiful, can't wait to see those trees growing and creating a beautiful walkway for local community.

Had a chat with their sales team regarding prices. My question was why your prices are so inflated that they are even matching to Meridian which have a-lot more better location than you do and sales team response was that It’s not about location. Honestly, This is the first time I m hearing from someone that property prices doesn’t relate to location. Reality is their prices are extremely hiked already that it’s not worth to buy in 2023

My grandkids love coming to this playground.You can see a lot of thought & love has gone into its development.Its just missing 5 things :1 TOILETS WITH BABY CHANGE FACILITIES.2 Bench Seats OR Picnic Tables With Shade Umbrellas3 Shaded areas for babies & toddlers to play on blankets.4 More BBQ'S (1 ) is not enough.5 No where for older kids to play so they play on this playground & boss little kids.Suggestion:A Skateboard Park for older kids.Perfect beside new playground turns area into a total family relaxation area.

We confidently bought a block in the Orana estate after being pushed aside by every other agent (Not to name names!).
