Woolworths Kellyville North

One of the largest Woolworths I've ever visited! Spacious and very tidy. The check out has 'new' plastic bags holder system that kind of unique. Parking spaces are many and easy to find in this complex.

Very convenient Woolworths having basement parking as well as above. Late night opening hours is a big plus.

The staff just have such a snobby attitude, and the young ones are always chatting and not doing anything . Also 5 people in one aisle chatting away , swearing , bumping into people and throwing their boxes and products everywhere ignoring the customers and being plan rude . The cashiers that work on the section with the big shopping part are polite and professional. Everyone else is just really useless, rude and unprofessional

As of now Free Glass Container promotion is ongoing while stocks last or until 16/02/2021.Last week, there were no many Glass containers in the promotion were left, but today it looks like the store located another batch of containers.Cheese chive triangle, Cinnamon swirl, Olive sourdough Loaf, two types of Pane Di Casa, and series of Mr, Chen’s dumplings on 1/2 sale were purchased for a week.Staffs were very welcoming, professional, knowledgable, and helpful although one of items were double charged by mistake, then refunded at the customer service.Definitely recommended!

Good selection and good service. The store is one of the biggest woolworths stores. Look for the deals all around the store. They usually have great deals, and they update them daily. There are good restaurants around there as well.

Brought some tomatoes this morning all of them got moulds on the skin and in Lebanese cucumber section some of the cucumbers can apparently see the big mould as well which made me concerns that those vegetables were not as fresh as their slogan said. The Indian looking woman helped me process refunded did not express any sorry for such a poor condition of veges. That was such a terrible shopping experience. No fresh food no kindly service at all

Today, we had an extremely bad experience in Woolworth Kellyville North.I asked my kids when they are paying in self-pay machines and the machine asks: Do you want a receipt? say No because of the environment.This morning I waiting in the car while my teenage girl went shopping for one item. When she backed she was so upset and almost cried. I asked her what happened and she told me the lady there asked me in front of everyone: did you pay for this? and asked me to go back to the register and check if she paid and after that printed the receipt and without telling anything gave it to her.I went there to complain but even the manager was talking rudely and saying yes this is the role.My question is, why you are asking the customer do you want a receipt?" and if they do not have the receipt behaving badly to them?Isn't it that if someone doesn't scan an item and passes the gate the security door will make a noise?I'm not going to go to Woolworth anymore. this is not acceptable behaviour at all."

Best shopping experience at this Woolies! Worth the drive past other options to get here

Well stocked store for all provisions and groceries. Good display,proper shelving and self check out faciliy. Huge systematic parking . Very dependable store for all your needs in the locality.

This Woolworths is always low in stock no matter the time of day. It’s hard to get a hold of basics such as bread and spinach/packaged salads. There is a lot of staff standing around chatting all the time so it doesn’t make sense that they don’t stock the shelves. Other Woolies in the area are fully stocked so I don’t believe it’s a supplier issue.
