Is currently holding over 4800$ of prepaid rent from refund after they bulk payed a landlord from their trust account (be careful of where your money actually goes as we paid rent ahead and are still currently unpaid the lump sum that was supposed to be delivered on day of move out)Even after date of move out still no Monroe’s returnedHas not filled out the move out inspection or initiated bond refund request even tho an annual inspection was conducted 2 weeks before the move out and not a single breech was foundThe rental team has also approved and deemed safe an unsafe stairwell condition after tenant complaints. Upon report to Gold Coast council this stairwell was indeed deemed in need of repair and not safe for use, the dishwasher never worked properly and they refused to replace sent the repair man multiple times for him to say it can’t be fixed.The property we rented was disgusting on day of possession including mold (that was painted over and deemed solved, this is the exact reason our lease was ended early because the deplorable conditions) when asked to return a small amount of maintenance cost it was never sent even tho the property management agreed. The home stank or URINE. Old furniture was left for us to pay removalists to move to the downstairs for storage. The home is now for sale!! BEWARE as a purchaser this home is under investigation by city of Gold Coast for infractionsThis house is not suitable for any one to live in is damaged/disgusting and a health concernI have tried to contact the rental department to be met with silence management seems to not want to solve this and now a young family is out 7000$ before Christmas because they choose to not be property managers for their tenants. I would be more then happy for this to be resolved but they choose to ignore and aid owners WHO ARE IN BREECH OF THE LAW

The team have managed my rental property for the past 4 years in an exceptionaly efficient manner. I described to them today that there were many times we forgot we even had the unit as we never had to worry about any issues. They were always handled simply and effectively.
