Sans Souci Leisure Centre

We were going to Hurstville Aquatic, and after starting to go to Sans Souci, I felt the real difference. Awesome teachers for kids and kids learn to swim quickly. Very friendly staff, willing to assist every time. Highly recommended.

Definitely showers and toilets need improving. Staff is nice but the place isn't kid friendly for teaching swimming for the kids

The swimming pool is great and so are the kids classes . I see improvement in my child swimming !BUT what’s the point of having a phone number if it is impossible to reach you guys ??Been trying to call for couple of days

August 2022- All the facilities at the Sans Souci Leisure Centre have been substantially improved with the temperature in the main pool upped to 26 degrees. The warmer small pool is perfect for children as well as us adults. The change rooms are now great.Peter B

Bad customer service.Pool closes at 7.30PM, we were kicked out by the safeguard at 7.10PM.Comparing to other places, this place has no magic, I don't feel relaxed when I go there.. it's missing something ...To the management - they need to focus on improving this place a lot.

September 2022. Nice pool. Very quiet on a weekday. It's not fancy but I thought it was looking good and it's now under new management, including having a simple cafe open every day. No freshly made hot dishes but great for a hot drink or snack. Great view of the water from inside the heated program pool, and this was on an overcast day as well. (Photo taken from inside)

Nice place to swim and use the gym. Great views and fairly clean. Could use a update and perhaps a spa and sauna like Hurstville there other joint club.

Bluefit swimming at sans souci very bad customer service. The staff is so unproffessional the reception and manager very rude and don't know how to answer to customers. I had very bad experience and wpuld not reccommend at all. My son got sick just before his swwiming lesson with vomit and they did not cancel and give me an option to book a make up class for him as , you only can book make classes 2 hours before your class. When you get sick , sickness wouldn't ask you when it comes. Anyway we lost the class . Another thing I had make up class booked from holidays and he continues to be sick and not able to attend they cam not reschedule even though it is before as make up classes can not be rescheduled. Swimming is expensive and they just rip you off taking your money and not giving you am optionnfor rebooking. I cancel my membership as it ridicoulous to pay for nothing and getting the worse service ever.

No one answers the phone (I don’t think they pay their phone bill) and on the rare occasion they do they dont have a clue what is going on or ideas about lessons etc. High school kids running the swimming lessons. The centre needs to employ proper staff not little kids out of high school. Once was a great swim school where all of my kids went and now is a shell of its former days. Poorly ran and managed.

Great clean pool overlooking the water, nice and clean facilities and friendly staff.
